Andrew Tate charged with rape and human trafficking

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two associates have been charged in Romania with rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group to exploit women sexually. 

 

 

The allegations state that the defendants formed a criminal group in 2021 and engaged in human trafficking in Romania and other countries such as the US and the UK. 

 

 

The indictment lists seven alleged victims recruited by the Tate brothers under the pretences of love and marriage. All four defendants have denied the charges. The trial is anticipated to be a lengthy process spanning several years.
