Salads with a difference

Every day we make salads with using either vegetables or something like salmon or fish. Therefore, if you are tired of the same kind of salad, today we will give you two new salad recipes to try out. A delicious salad that hope you too will try and tell us on how it is.

 

What you need,

  •  500 g of eggplants
  •  3 chopped Big onions
  •  4 chopped malu miris
  •  2 chopped tomatoes
  •  A few slices of chopped pineapple
  •  3 tablespoons of mango chutney
  •  2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  •  A Tablespoon of chili powder
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

 

How to prepare,

 

First, slice the eggplant into thin slices and deep fry in oil. Take a glass bowl and add some mango chutney, tomato sauce, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Stir well now. Add chopped onion, pineapple, tomato and fish chili to this mixture. Finally add the fried eggplant mix well and serve to the table.

 

The next recipe will be a salad made from bitter gourd which is good for the body. though a bit bitter this food is a valuable medicine.

 

 

What we need,

 

  •  500 g of bitter gourd
  •  100 g of finely chopped big onion
  •  4 finely chopped green chillies
  •  1 thinly sliced ​​tomato
  •  30 g of finely chopped coriander leaves
  •  Juice of a lime
  •  A Tablespoon of fish sauce
  •  A Tablespoon of chili paste

 

How to prepare,

 

First, deep fry the sliced ​​bitter gourd. Then fry the chopped tomatoes. Slightly fry the coriander leaves. Now take a glass bowl, add the onion, chilli paste and chilli paste and mix well. Now add some lime juice and some fish sauce. Finally add the bitter gourd fried tomatoes and coriander leaves and mix well. Serve at the table.
