Woman with over one kg of ICE narcotic arrested in Makola

A 43-year-old woman with the alias 'Kudu Rajina' who is an associate of drug trafficker Niroshan Sri Chamil Abeykoon who is currently in Dubai, has been arrested with 01 kg and 32 grams of ICE narcotic during a raid at Makola in Sapugaskanda by the STF yesterday.

 

The STF also recovered 506 grams of heroin, Rs. 200,000 in cash and a mobile phone in possession of the suspect.

 

A car and two number plates belonging to another car and a motorcycle were also taken into custody.

 

She was handed over to the Police Narcotics Bureau for further investigations.
