A store is raided for reselling sub-standard products

Following a received complaint, the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) raided a wholesale clothing store and found it selling sub-standard ready-made garments in disguise of world-famous clothing brands.

 

The store engages in reselling the products for high prices in the Pettah area in Fort. 

 

The raid yesterday (June 01) was conducted by the officials from the Consumer Affairs Authority.
