Labour Dept. resumes services following temporary suspension

The Labour Department has resumed its public services, including the payment of funds to its members, after a temporary suspension for essential computer network maintenance work.
The department had previously announced a three-day suspension of its services starting yesterday, citing the need to carry out critical maintenance on its computer network systems.
However, in an official statement issued yesterday, the department confirmed that services have resumed from noon onwards, restoring access to all regular functions and fund disbursements for its members.
Officials noted that the maintenance was successfully completed ahead of schedule, allowing for an earlier-than-expected resumption of services.
