Universities to be reopened in September - UGC

 

The University Grants Commission (UGC) states that relevant measures will be taken to reopen universities island-wide in September. 

Sampath Amarathunga stated that the decision was taken during the discussion held between the UGC and the Vice Chancellors of universities yesterday morning (Aug 22). 

However, within some universities, the academic and examination processes are being conducted as usual.
