The court barred Cabraal from leaving the country

Former Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) Ajith Nivard Cabraal has been barred from leaving the country by the Colombo Magistrate's Court today.

He has been banned from leaving the country until April 18.

The order was issued following a complaint lodged by former Governor of the Southern Province Rajitha Keerthi Tennakoon against the former Governor of the Central Bank on four charges.
