The body of a 14-year-old missing girl has been found in an abandoned house

The body of a 14-year-old schoolgirl named Buddhini Piyumali who went missing three days ago has been found in an abandoned house in Kalogaha Ela, Dambulla, police said.

However, the mother of the deceased lodged a complaint with the Dambulla Police regarding her daughter who had been missing from home for two days.

The body was found on a tip off that a stench was spreading in an abandoned house in the Kalogaha Ela area in Dambulla.
