Sri Lanka ranks 65th in World Hunger Index

Sri Lanka has been ranked 65th in the World Hunger Index released this year, ranking 116 countries worldwide.

 

The countries with the lowest scores on the index are named the countries with the lowest rates of malnutrition, infant mortality and low birth weight.

 

Accordingly, the index has shown that Sri Lanka is in a neutral position with 16 points this time.

 

Sri Lanka ranks 64th in the 2020 Global Hunger Index.
