Online liquor ordering : Need to be discussed

Online liquor ordering process has been forwarded to the Ministry of finance by Excise department as many requested received from consumers during the lockdown period. 

 

As per the department, a feasibility to launch this operation will be carried out soon with the supermarkets which has got liquor selling facility.

 

We will be able to get the permission from Excise department under few conditions and limitations, said Mr. Kapila Kumarasinghe the commisioner General of Excise department.
