More than 7,000 dengue patients in January
The National Dengue Control Unit stated that 7702 dengue patients have been identified in the country during the month of January.
The majority of patients are reported from the Colombo district, while the number of dengue cases reported from the Gampaha and Kalutara districts has also increased significantly, the unit said.
