More areas in Poojapitiya and Giriulla isolated to curb the spread of COVID-19

The Army Commander General Shavendra Silva stated that more areas have been isolated with immediate effect in order to curb the transmission of the coronavirus pandemic.

 

Accordingly, the following areas have been isolated.

 

•Giriulla Police Area:
 -Mummana Grama Niladhari Division in Pannala (1564)
 -Weththewa Grama Niladhari Division (1563)

 

•Poojapitiya Police Area (Kandy):
 -Selected areas in Koskota
