Missing Kuruwita Army officer's body found

The body of Sri Lanka Army Captain Surath Ranasingha who was reported missing while bathing in the Kalugala Gerandi Ella in Kuruwita was found yesterday.

 

However, the Captain had been swept away and was reported missing, with his body not being found on Sunday (05).

 

The body was recovered yesterday together by the Kuruwita Police, officers from the Kuruwita Army camp, and area residents.
