Minister of State Nimal Lansa resigns?

Responding to speculation about his resignation, Lansa said he was unable to perform his duties due to the impractical approach of Professor Nimal Lansa, Secretary to the Ministry of State for Rural Roads and Other Infrastructure.

The Secretary to the Ministry is obstructing him to carry out his ministerial posts for the benefit of the people.

However he acknowledged that their numbers were not enough to defeat him.
