Health Ministry assures coronavirus not transmitted via well-cooked fish

The Ministry of Health has issued a clarification on fears raised over the transmission of coronavirus via well-cooked fish.

 

Issuing a statement, the Ministry said there was no scientific evidence for the virus to spread through well- cooked fish.

 

However, the Ministry issued health guidelines to be followed when handling raw fish as a precautionary measure
