Showers or thundershowers will occur in the Galle, Matara districts and in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Northwestern provinces.

Winds will be up to 50 kmph in the North, North Central, North Western and Southern Provinces in the Trincomalee District and on the western slopes of the Central Highlands.
