Focus on weather today

Several rainy seasons occur in the Western Province and Galle and Matara districts.

Rest of the areas will experience rain or thundershowers during evening or night. Some places in Sabaragamuwa, Central, Uva, Eastern and North-Central provinces can expect heavy rain of about 75 mm.

The general public is kindly requested to take adequate measures to minimize the danger of temporary strong winds and lightning in those areas during thunderstorms.
