Cinnamon Gardens Police have arrested Colombo Municipal Councilor Mohamed Ramsey for making a statement threatening the Colombo Municipal Council Treasurer.


He was released on Rs. 50,000 bail after being produced before Colombo Additional Magistrate Bandara Nelumdeniya.
