CTU’s Joseph Stalin under arrest
The General Secretary of Ceylon Teachers Union, Joseph Stalin, has been arrested by the police today (August 03).
The police said that he was arrested for violating a court order during a protest march on Ceylon Bank Mawatha on May 28.
