Bilateral agreement between Sri Lanka and Nepal on tourism and higher education

 

A preliminary discussion to reach a bilateral agreement between Nepal and Sri Lanka regarding the development of Sri Lanka's tourism sector and expansion of university education opportunities was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of President Ranil Wickramasinghe.

According to PMD, Mr. Bashu Dev Mishra, Nepalese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, participated in the meeting held at the Presidential Secretariat.

An agreement has been reached in this discussion to implement a youth exchange program so that the youth of the two countries can come together for university education and tourism sector opportunities.
