All public servants will return to work as usual from today

The Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government announced that all public servants are required to report for duty in accordance with all health guidelines from today and the relevant circular has already been issued.

This circular has been issued on the instructions of the Secretary to the President as the majority of public officers have been vaccinated and priority should be given to maintaining the normal functioning of the Government.

Accordingly, all circulars pertaining to duty at home will be canceled from today and all pregnant mothers engaged in public service will be required to report to work as usual from today.
