A request from gas owners to increase gas prices

Minister of State Lasantha Alagiyawanna stated that the gas companies have requested the government to increase the price of gas.

Laugfs gas prices have risen over the past week, but there has been no change in Litro gas prices.

The Minister further said that according to the information received, it appears that the gas companies have started production and are in discussions with the companies regarding the price of gas.
