948 persons have been arrested in a special operation conducted in the WP

948 suspects have been arrested in a special police operation in the Western Province to arrest those who have been issued warrants.

 

The police operation was carried out from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm yesterday.

 

During this period, 398 persons who were evading court, 40 suspects involved in various crimes and 405 suspects involved in various offenses were arrested.
