27-year-old female falls to death from Uthuwankanda

 

On Sunday (August 21), a young woman died after falling from Saradiel rock or Utuwankanda area in Mawanella area.

The police said that the deceased was a student who worked as an additional agriculture instructor at Peradeniya University.

The 27-year-old fell down and died while going on a march to Uthuankanda with a group of 58 students of the Faculty of Agriculture of Peradeniya University.
