25 years old arrested for soaking liquor to 4 years old child

Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said that a 25 years old person has been arrested for soaking liquor to a 4 years old little boy.

 

The accused person is from Nuge road, Peliyagoda he further said. The case was revealed by viral video tranmitted through social media.
