To maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users, you agree not to use offensive language, hate speech, slurs, profanity, or any language that harasses, threatens, or demeans others based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Content that violates these community standards may be removed, and repeat offenders may face account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of the content you post, upload, or share on Aayubo ("User Content").By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving Aayubo.You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.
Your use of Aayubo is also governed by our Privacy Policy,which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms Aayubo or other users.You may stop using Aayubo and delete your account at any time.
Aayubo, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Kenki World Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Aayubo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of Aayubo.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenki World Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aayubo.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of Aayubo after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Kenki World Company and Aayubo are committed to protecting the safety of children. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from publishing, sharing, or soliciting content that depicts sexual violence and exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse imagery or cartoons depicting minors in a sexual manner.Action: If we identify any such content on Aayubo, we will remove it immediately. We will permanently terminate the account of the user responsible for posting such content.Reporting: In accordance with applicable laws, we will report any instances of CSAM/CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and relevant organizations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC).
Aayubo maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, harassment, threats, harmful material, or any content that violates these Terms.Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed immediately and their accounts may be permanently terminated without prior notice.Users can report any objectionable content or abusive behavior through the provided reporting tools within the application.
By using Aayubo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
