Indonesian submarine with 53 individuals on board goes missing
Indonesia’s navy is searching for a missing submarine (KRI Nanggala-402)which has gone missing during a training exercise in the waters north of the Bali.
As per the sources, the submarine has carried 53 indiiduals on board and it has gone missing on April 21.
“We are still searching in the waters of Bali, 60 miles (96 km) from Bali, (for) 53 people,” military chief Hadi Tjahjanto has stated in a text message.
He has also stated that assistance has been sought from Singapore and Australia.
