Court issues warrants against Wasantha Mudalige & two others

Warrants have been issued by the Fort Magistrate's Court against former Convener of the Inter University Students' Federation Wasantha Mudalige, Ven. Galwewa Siridhamma Thero, and Ven. Rathkarawwe Jinarathana Thero for their failure to appear in court. 

 

 

They were named as respondents in a case regarding unauthorized entry into a private building's car park in Colombo in February 2021. 

 

 

The court scheduled the case to be heard again on December 7.
