SLFP decides not to stay in government under Ranil

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) has decided not to accept any ministerial posts under Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe or to be part of the government.

Former President and Chairman of the SLFP Maithripala Sirisena stated this at a media briefing held in Colombo today (13).

Accordingly, the SLFP has decided not to accept any ministerial post and not to be a partner in a government under Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, the party chairman said while announcing his decision.
