Pfizer third dose is given to Americans over 65 years of age

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a third dose of Pfizer injection for people over 65 years of age.

According to the institute, it is advisable to give a third dose to people who are frequently exposed to the virus and are at high risk for serious illness.
