LIOC suspends sales of petrol cans, containers and bottles

Amid a shortage of petrol in the country, the Ceylon IOC (LIOC) has decided to suspend the sale of petrol in cans, containers or bottles with immediate effect.

Indian Oil's subsidiary in Sri Lanka has stated that from now on its petrol stations will only supply petrol to vehicle fuel tanks.
