Immediately remove the essential food items that have been piled up in the port for a long time - PM

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa called on the Controller General of Imports and Exports and the Director General of Sri Lanka Customs to immediately remove all essential food items currently stored at the port.

The Prime Minister instructed to release and distribute essential commodities to the general public through importers.
