Commonwealth Parliamentary Association chief calls on President

 

Secretary-General of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Stephen Twigg, who is on an official visit to Sri Lanka, has called on President Ranil Wickremesinghe Friday (Jan.13).

The meeting took place at the Presidential Secretariat this morning.Senior Advisor to the President on National Security and Chief of Staff of the President Mr.Sagala Ratnayake was also present on this occasion.

Mr.Twigg, who is on an official visit to Sri Lanka, met with Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Sabry Thursday.
