H.M. Fowzie’s son arrested

Son of the former Minister A.H.M. Fowzie Nauzer Fowzie has been apprehended by Kollupitiya Police on charges of assault following a vehicular incident involving his car, Police said.

 

The incident occurred on School Lane in Kollupitiya, where former Provincial Councillor Fowzie allegedly assaulted an individual he had collided with. 

 

However, Nauzer Fowzie was subsequently released on police bail pending further investigation into the matter.
